Sinomags Introduces New 50 ns High Frequency Response Chip Level Current Sensor

With the common use of third generation power semiconductor devices in power electronic systems. The switching frequency of the system is getting higher and higher, and the frequency of the operating current increases with it. The current loop is involved in system control, thus requiring current sensors for current detection, with faster frequency response and higher bandwidth.

Sinomags introduces the new high frequency response chip-level STK-616ZM current sensor with 50ns frequency response and -3dB bandwidth of 2 MHz, 1 MHz triangle delay of 50 ns, in a smaller SOIC8 package, supporting 3.3V/5V supply voltage, with 2.4 kVrms isolation withstand capability, and supporting up to 50A current range.

The STK-616TM high frequency response chip-level current sensor features a frequency response of 200ns and a -3dB bandwidth of 1.5 MHz, with a 1 MHz triangle delay of 200 ns. The sensor is designed on an open-loop principle in a more stable SOIC16 package, supports both 3.3V/5V supply options, has a 3.6 kVrms isolation withstand capability, and supports current ranges up to 65A. 65A current range. The two products are widely used for AC/DC current detection in power electronics systems such as automotive and industrial. With fixed voltage output mode, there is no drastic change due to fluctuation of supply voltage. Also thanks to Sinomags' continuous advancement of tunnel junction magnetoresistance technology, they can maintain high accuracy in the whole temperature range, please refer to the official specification for details.
