New Product Launch | New High Frequency Response Chip Level Current Sensor
Sinomags launches a new 50 ns high frequency response chip level current sensor

With the widespread application of the third generation power semiconductor devices in power electronic systems. The switching frequency of the system is getting higher and higher, and the frequency of the working current is also increasing. The current loop participates in the system control, so the current sensor used for current detection is required to have fast frequency response and high bandwidth.

Sinomags introduced a new high frequency response chip level STK-616ZM current sensor, which has a frequency response of 50ns, a 2-MHz bandwidth of - 3dB, a 1-MHz triangle wave delay of 50ns, a smaller SOIC8 package, a 3.3V/5V power supply voltage, a 2.4 kVrms withstand voltage, and a current range of up to 50A.

The high frequency response chip level STK-616TM current sensor has a frequency response of 200ns, a bandwidth of - 3dB at 1.5 MHz, and a triangle wave delay of 200ns at 1 MHz. The sensor adopts the open loop design principle, uses a more stable SOIC16 package, supports 3.3V/5V two power supply schemes, has a 3.6 kVrms isolation withstand voltage capability, and supports a current range of up to 65A. The two products are used for AC and DC current detection in automotive, industrial and other power electronic systems. Fixed voltage output mode is adopted, which will not change greatly due to the fluctuation of power supply voltage. At the same time, thanks to Sinomags' continuous progress in tunnel junction magnetoresistance technology, it can maintain extremely high accuracy in the whole temperature zone.
